From the minute Kristy walked through our front door, we knew she was the realtor for us. She made some suggestions for things to do before pictures were taken, then showed us other available and recently sold homes in our neighborhood. The presentation she created was outstanding. On the day  the house went on the market we had 13 requests for showings, 7 of which were for that day. By the end of the day, we had 2 offers, one of which was above the asking price. From the point we accepted the offer, we were kept informed of the process and given any assistance we needed to make sure the closing went off without a hitch. We interviewed five recommended agents. All gave good presentations, but Kristy's presentation and knowledge far exceeded the others. In our first meeting, she had every sales statistic for the last twelve months that pertained to our immediate neighborhood, area of the city, and county. She also   showed us every current listing and compared them to ours. Using all of the stats, our numerous home improvements and outstanding view, she guided us through the process of setting a listing price. The exercise helped us work through the emotional attachment we held for our much cared for home and choose a listing price based on facts. We had previously listed our home at a higher price with very few showings and no offers. With Kristy, we had 40 plus showings in approximately seven weeks, several offers, and sold at 97% of our asking price.
