From the minute Kristy walked through our front door, we knew she was the realtor for us. Kristy, is the most honest and professional realtor we have dealt with. We have owed and sold 9 homes through other realtors. When we bought our home she was the selling agent. We interviewed five recommended agents. All gave good presentations, but Kristy's presentation and knowledge far exceeded the others. In our first meeting, she had every sales statistic for the last twelve months that pertained to our immediate neighborhood, area of the city, and county. She also   showed us every current listing and compared them to ours. Using all of the stats, our numerous home improvements and outstanding view, she guided us through the process of setting a listing price. The exercise helped us work through the emotional attachment we held for our much cared for home and choose a listing price based on facts. We had previously listed our home at a higher price with very few showings and no offers. With Kristy, we had 40 plus showings in approximately seven weeks, several offers, and sold at 97% of our asking price. Our closing was problem-free and our selling fees came in within $10.00 of the costs Kristy had calculated in our first meeting.
