Ms. Kristy Darragh was very professional from the start to finish of the home selling process.  She found a "fast buyer" for our home immediately.  She answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Kristy and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I contacted Kristy to get her opinion of what it would take to get our home market ready. She made time to meet with me even before we had officially started the process. She brought with her a very professionally done custom book which  contained comps for our community and details about my home that she and her team had gathered. Because of her expertise we had an offer in five days and closed in 25 days. If I had it to do over again I would call Kristy. She truly is in my opinion the best realtor in the New Tampa area. 

Kristy and her team can be summed up in one word--amazing.  From her initial appointment when she described what to value our home at to the day we closed, she made the selling of our house stress free.  Kristy marketed our home so well that we had a full-price and above full-price offer on the   very first day it appeared on the market.  Within three days we had a fully executed contract, selling the home as at a purchase price $9,000 over what we were asking.  Since the home was selling at a record price per square foot, Kristy showed her brilliance when she met with the appraiser.  Based on her extensive research, the appraisal came in a few hundred dollars over the contract price.  At every point of the transaction, Kristy and her team was responsive and supportive.  Kristy is undoubtedly the best realtor I have ever worked with and I would unconditionally recommend her to be your New Tampa realtor.

Kristy was instrumental in the selling of our house. From the beginning she impressed us with her knowledge of the market and what we needed to do attract buyers. The house was a challenge to market because of its size, condition and location. Large house in nice neighborhood that was in need of a   lot of renovation.
