Kristy Darragh is very knowledgeable of the Tampa Palms area.  We purchased a home in this area and were very happy with her work.  She was always able to answer our questions and always got back to us in a timely manner if the question needed to be researched.  Kristy is always working and never   slows down!  This is why I feel she is a great agent to work with.

From the minute Kristy walked through our front door, we knew she was the realtor for us. She made some suggestions for things to do before pictures were taken, then showed us other available and recently sold homes in our neighborhood. The presentation she created was outstanding. On the day  the house went on the market we had 13 requests for showings, 7 of which were for that day. By the end of the day, we had 2 offers, one of which was above the asking price. From the point we accepted the offer, we were kept informed of the process and given any assistance we needed to make sure the closing went off without a hitch. Kristy and her team are amazing. I have now sold two homes with this team and both experiences have been smooth and seamless. Kristy came to the first appointment totally prepared.  Complete folders of all the comparables, a mockup of our house listing including street side pictures, google earth pictures of the house, and a thorough search of the property's government records. A truly professional photographer was   arranged, numerous web sites for listing, and Kristy provided a very professional staff to contact and work with for any questions or issues that came up.

Kristy and team were highly professional, very responsive and pro active. Overall it was a great selling experience. Jace who assisted Kristy was fantastic to work with and always had a smile in his voice. Kristy is high energy, positive and knowledgeable, we felt confident there would not be any issues working with this team to sell our home.

From the Sunday that we first met with Kristy, I was very impressed with her presentation showing what the real estate environment was in our area, and what her recommendation was as far as what we would benchmark our results at concerning timing and price. The timing and price projections  were   quite close to what actually took place. I was pleased with the results. I must say that Kristy was very responsive as we went through the process. Whenever I had a question or an issue that I wanted to discussed, I texted her, and she responded immediately. I was very appreciative of that responsiveness. Kristy was 100% professional and knowledgeable to the level of expert in all aspects of this transaction. I have to admit it was pleasantly surprising to find someone who is really good at their chosen profession and equally enjoyable just to talk to. I never had to worry whether she was going to   get back to me because she responded to phone calls and emails promptly every single time. There was no detail too minor for her to keep track of and still she also had the big picture in focus throughout the entire process. She treated me like I was her only client. On a personal note, I suspected that when I met her for the first time, her picture would be wildly out of date as is often the case, but she is even better looking than her picture suggests - and yet funny, warm and friendly to deal with. I have no doubt she could easily leverage her well-earned reputation and create a behemoth organization that would make her tons, but that would also distance her from her clients - which is probably why she hasn't done so. Selling real estate can get complicated, even overwhelming, and having Kristy navigate all the unforeseen obstacles (E.G. Inspectors who thought a door or window wasn't hanging "just so" and HOAs who thought the sidewalk and gutters needed pressure washing:  the day before closing) was like having an electric security blanket. Five stars is not enough.

All discussions with Kristy were clear and informative and always led to the next steps in the process of selling my home. I have bought and sold 4 homes and the process and outcome with her and her staff were without exception positive. My home was sold < 7 days at +$5000 over the list price. I would recommend her without reservation.

Recently my wife and I decided to relocate from Tampa to Texas, in order to live nearer to some of our family. We met with Kristy and discussed how we we would market our Tampa house and were blown away by the extensive research she provided on the Tampa Palms market (recent and historical sales, current listings, number of homes on the market, etc..). While most of this info was what one should expect from a Realtor, Kristy went beyond what was expected by providing in depth knowledge on particular attributes and insights of the market and comparable properties that went beyond the expected and added real value to our decision making process. This was particularly so with respect to exactly how and when we would go to market, and included a step by step strategy for maximizing value. The results speak for themselves. We decided to list the home three days before Christmas at a price much higher than we originally expected (based on Kristy’s research that there were very few homes for sale in our market area and that buyer demand was high). We sold our home in 2 days for full price, and for call cash, with limited contingencies. I should add that a major factor contributing to our success was Kristy’s team. Unlike other real estate agents, Kristy has a team supporting her that allows her customers to be served at a level unmatched.
