Born and raised in the Midwest, Kristy was one of seven children. Her father, a Baptist minister, raised a spiritual family with modest means. Kristy was taught the tough work ethic that has stayed with her to this day. When Kristy was 19 she headed to the big city, San Francisco, California. There she learned the sophisticated business savvy that is her trademark. At 30 she met her husband, married, and moved to Los Angeles where she reigned as one of the top Real Estate agents. Her specialty was beachfront properties where the average sales price was $650,000.
When her two little girls were born, she knew she wanted to raise them in a different environment. Once she saw New Tampa, the search was over. For over 25 years, Kristy has been a permanent fixture in the community and supports it in numerous ways.
