One day. She sold our home in ONE day! A good friend of ours highly recommended her services based on their past experience so we jumped on it. It was a blessing from start to finish. Kristy helped us understand the inner workings of real estate and how it's evaluated. Her moral compass is   unquestionably sound - important to us because we've known some who worked otherwise. An experienced strategist with a critical eye - she made valuable suggestions on how to best show our home. It's clear to us why she is rated the Top Realtor in Tampa. It was a joy to pay her the commission she earned. We just wish we could use her again in South Carolina.

Kristy is an absolutely phenomenal agent who went above and beyond for us at every turn. She was a constant guide for us through a complicated process with our home purchase including multiple offers and repairs that needed to be negotiated. We were so thankful to find her after we had to cut ties with our first agent and reached out to her on a whim. She ensured we had the the best inspectors and contractors involved with our home repairs and we would have been lost without her knowledge. Kristy exceeded our expectations in every way! From our first impression we knew that she was a consummate professional that we could trust.  Not only did she sell the house within a week, but the entire process was smooth from beginning to end.  In addition to Kristy, we worked closely with Brandy   and Amanda.  They were both wonderful! They held our hands throughout the process and were always available when we had a question or concern.  I would recommend Kristy to anyone interested in selling their home.  Realtors like Kristy are a rare find and we feel very lucky we found her!

From the minute Kristy walked through our front door, we knew she was the realtor for us. She made some suggestions for things to do before pictures were taken, then showed us other available and recently sold homes in our neighborhood. The presentation she created was outstanding. On the day  the house went on the market we had 13 requests for showings, 7 of which were for that day. By the end of the day, we had 2 offers, one of which was above the asking price. From the point we accepted the offer, we were kept informed of the process and given any assistance we needed to make sure the closing went off without a hitch. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Kristy and her team.

Kristy Darragh is experienced, competent, responsive and friendly. She handled our sale, and sold the home for cash in only 4 days on the MLS!  She also handled our purchase, and helped tremendously by narrowing the prospects to find exactly what we needed.  She was always available and walked us through the process. Kristy was 100% professional and knowledgeable to the level of expert in all aspects of this transaction. I have to admit it was pleasantly surprising to find someone who is really good at their chosen profession and equally enjoyable just to talk to. I never had to worry whether she was going to   get back to me because she responded to phone calls and emails promptly every single time. There was no detail too minor for her to keep track of and still she also had the big picture in focus throughout the entire process. She treated me like I was her only client. On a personal note, I suspected that when I met her for the first time, her picture would be wildly out of date as is often the case, but she is even better looking than her picture suggests - and yet funny, warm and friendly to deal with. I have no doubt she could easily leverage her well-earned reputation and create a behemoth organization that would make her tons, but that would also distance her from her clients - which is probably why she hasn't done so. Selling real estate can get complicated, even overwhelming, and having Kristy navigate all the unforeseen obstacles (E.G. Inspectors who thought a door or window wasn't hanging "just so" and HOAs who thought the sidewalk and gutters needed pressure washing:  the day before closing) was like having an electric security blanket. Five stars is not enough.

FIVE STARS!!! Kristy sold our home in less than 3 weeks and found our new home in 1 day! She is an expert real estate professional that provides turn-key service ... on day one, she came with a complete market analysis for our neighborhood and surrounding area, provided solid insight on home sale  preparation and established selling price. When our home went on the market, she held an open house the first and second weekend and drew a high volume of perspective buyers ... by the third week, we had two offers and a contract ... home sold! She found our new home on the first day of looking ... exactly what we wanted! Kristy gets your home advertised ... professional photographer took over 40 pictures, produced beautiful 12 inch X 12 inch brochures and advertised on all internet real estate sites ... her homes sell fast because she actively markets! Kristy and her team are available and responsive 24/7 ... there is no better realtor than Kristy ... there's a reason she's NUMBER 1! If you want to sell your home fast while demanding the value it's worth, better call Kristy!
