We interviewed five recommended agents. All gave good presentations, but Kristy's presentation and knowledge far exceeded the others. In our first meeting, she had every sales statistic for the last twelve months that pertained to our immediate neighborhood, area of the city, and county. She also   showed us every current listing and compared them to ours. Using all of the stats, our numerous home improvements and outstanding view, she guided us through the process of setting a listing price. The exercise helped us work through the emotional attachment we held for our much cared for home and choose a listing price based on facts.
