Kristy was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  She advised us of the perfect price to list our house for to get a quick sale.  We received an offer on the first day for the full price and later sold it to the buyers.  Kristy also advised us of how much we could expect to walk away with after   the sale and was right on target!  I would highly recommend anyone selling their house to work with Kristy.  Best decision we made in a long time!

We first had the pleasure of working with Kristy on the sale of our home in 1999.            We have purchased and sold homes with her ever since. The most recent transaction was a sale of a home in Tampa Palms last month. Can’t ask for anything more from such a great agent.            She had 22 showings the day   after it listed and sold it in 48 hours for more then the asking price. This is the only agent you should use to purchase your home in the Tampa area. She gets the job done!
