A lot has changed related to marketing and selling a home compared to when we last did this without a relocation process being involved. Kristy explained everything to us, and NEVER ONCE made us feel that the many questions we asked up front and along the way were bothersome. She and her team  helped with a few unconventional requests (such as turning the home alarm on or off when we were unavailable). It was a great pleasure working with Kristy and her team, and we are absolutely convinced that her expertise and knowledge helped bring the deal to completion. Kristy was instrumental in the selling of our house. From the beginning she impressed us with her knowledge of the market and what we needed to do attract buyers. The house was a challenge to market because of its size, condition and location. Large house in nice neighborhood that was in need of a   lot of renovation. She handled the negotiations with a couple of potential buyers, one of which was very difficult to deal with. We were able to attract a buyer that made us a fair offer and handled all of the contract details through closing. Kristy always responded to my calls and emails promptly. Kristy is a skilled real estate agent and we highly recommend her.

I was very impressed with Kristy's marketing material.  I was moing out of state and she always kept me informed.  Several obstacles arose and she was very good at helping find repairmen and anything else that was needed.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Kristy and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I contacted Kristy to get her opinion of what it would take to get our home market ready. She made time to meet with me even before we had officially started the process. She brought with her a very professionally done custom book which  contained comps for our community and details about my home that she and her team had gathered. Kristy and her team can be summed up in one word--amazing.  From her initial appointment when she described what to value our home at to the day we closed, she made the selling of our house stress free.  Kristy marketed our home so well that we had a full-price and above full-price offer on the   very first day it appeared on the market.  Within three days we had a fully executed contract, selling the home as at a purchase price $9,000 over what we were asking.  Since the home was selling at a record price per square foot, Kristy showed her brilliance when she met with the appraiser.  Based on her extensive research, the appraisal came in a few hundred dollars over the contract price.  At every point of the transaction, Kristy and her team was responsive and supportive.  Kristy is undoubtedly the best realtor I have ever worked with and I would unconditionally recommend her to be your New Tampa realtor.

Kristy is the Realtor to use if you live in the New Tampa area.  We have sold several homes in other states, and have never seen a listing presentation like Kristy provides.  She comes prepared with area comps that relate to your home along with all the materials she will use in the listing / showing of your home.  Our home sold within a day of being listed at our asking price. Kristy and her team (Brandy and Amanda) always responded to calls and messages when we had a question.  We would not hesitate to use Kristy again, and highly recommend her as a Realtor.
